1 oz. Orleans Herbal
5 oz. Halyard (Burlington) "True" Ginger Beer or Crabbie's Ginger Beer
sprig of mint
Add some ice to a tall Collins glass and pour in Orleans Herbal. Slap the mint sprig between your hands to release some of the aromatic oils and place it in the glass. Top with ginger beer, garnish with a lime and enjoy.
